Ingrdites:

chicken things,

  • heavy cream (Go for 35% cream. Don’t try to cut calories by using half and half as it will curdle),

  • butter,

  • loroco buds (fresh or frozen), 

  • fresh garlic,

  • white wine

  • leek,

  • Sofrito

  • fresh fine herbs,

  • salt and pepper.

Cook the chicken in a flat top or oven with olive oil, salt , pepper, and thyme.

sauce:

in a saute pan butter and leeks. Caramelize leeks, add the Sofrito, garlic, and white wine. cook down for 5 to 8 minutes add the cream after and cook down some more. serve and add the fine herbs.
