Ingrdites:
chicken things,
heavy cream (Go for 35% cream. Don’t try to cut calories by using half and half as it will curdle),
butter,
loroco buds (fresh or frozen),
fresh garlic,
white wine
leek,
Sofrito
fresh fine herbs,
salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken in a flat top or oven with olive oil, salt , pepper, and thyme.
sauce:
in a saute pan butter and leeks. Caramelize leeks, add the Sofrito, garlic, and white wine. cook down for 5 to 8 minutes add the cream after and cook down some more. serve and add the fine herbs.
