Bright-Medium Roast | Lemon Zest, Green Apple Peel, Sourdough Bread

Primavera" (which translates to 'Spring' in Spanish) is a limited seasonal roast crafted to exude the bright and smooth spring feeling we all have as the temperatures begin to rise. 

With a medium to light body, this cup of coffee is a beautiful blend of coffees from San Sebastian Farms, Belen Gualcho, and Finca La Unica (an Alma Family Farm). We roasted this coffee as a bright-medium roast to mirror the transitional weather Spring brings with cool mornings and warm afternoons. We recommend trying Primavera on cold brew or as a flash brew pour-over, but whatever you choose, we hope the first sip gives you that crisp Spring feeling.
